Payment Terms & Conditions
By registering a team for the OWRTC Dual Tournament, I acknowledge and agree to the following payment terms:
Non-Refundable Total Fee: The total team entry fee is $600. This fee is only refundable if paid be for May 2nd and a refund request is sent by email to owrtcenter@gmail.com no later than May 2nd. After May 2nd this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to team withdrawal, unforeseen circumstances, or inability to participate.
Deposit Fee: A $200 deposit is do no later than May 2nd to reserve a spot for a team in the tournament. This fee is refundable only if requested by email to owrtcenter@gmail.com no later than May 2nd, 2025. After May 2nd, 2025 this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to team withdrawal, unforeseen circumstances, or inability to participate.
No Prorations: The entry fee cannot be prorated for partial participation, incomplete rosters, or any other reason.
Payment Deadline: The remaining non-refundable balance of $400 must be submitted no later than May 15th. Failure to submit payment by this deadline may result in forfeiture of the team’s spot in the tournament.
Roster Submission: All team rosters must be submitted via TrackWrestling no later than May 25th. Teams failing to submit rosters by this deadline may be subject to disqualification from the event without a refund.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned coach, acknowledge that wrestling is a contact sport that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, and other serious medical conditions. I understand that participation in the OWRTC Dual Tournament at Oklahoma City University is voluntary and carries potential risks for all athletes, coaches, and staff members involved.
I certify that all wrestlers participating on my team are in good health, properly trained, and physically capable of competing in the event. I accept full responsibility for ensuring that each athlete meets all eligibility requirements and has the appropriate medical clearance to participate.
I, on behalf of myself, my team, and any affiliated school, club, or organization, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Oklahoma Wrestling Regional Training Center (OWRTC), Oklahoma City University, its trustees, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, death, or any loss sustained by myself, my athletes, or my staff before, during, or after the tournament.
Additionally, I agree that OWRTC, Oklahoma City University, and any affiliated media partners may use photographs, videos, and other media content from the tournament for promotional purposes without compensation or prior approval.
