Step into the world of college training and thrilling competition with our Competition Wrestling Camp on May 26th - 29th! Designed for female wrestlers going into 7th - 12th grade, this camp offers a comprehensive experience that goes beyond ordinary training. Participants will undergo rigorous training sessions modeled after college-level wrestling, preparing them for a week filled with exciting wrestling development.


Led by some of the finest clinicians in the country, this camp is a unique opportunity for individuals and teams to master techniques and showcase their prowess in a competitive arena. Each day brings a new set of challenges, with focused skill development sessions and an adrenaline-pumping atmosphere.


What sets our camp apart is the chance for campers to receive real-time feedback from experienced coaches, allowing them to fine-tune their techniques and address any challenges they encounter on the mat. Whether you're an individual wrestler seeking personal growth or a team looking to elevate your performance, our Competition Wrestling Camp is the ultimate platform for honing skills, fostering camaraderie, and embracing the spirit of competitive wrestling. Join us for a week of dedication, improvement, and the thrill of the wrestling competition!

What you need to bring

  • Wrestling gear (shoes, headgear, etc)

  • Work out clothes (need enough for 8 sessions)

  • Comfortable clothes (for between sessions)

  • Note pad

  • Towels

  • Toiletries

    • Shampoo

    • Conditioner

    • Body wash

    • Lotion

    • Toothbrush and toothpaste

Resident Camper Amenities

All of our halls come standard with the following:

  • Central heat and air

  • Guest WiFi

  • Laundry facilities

  • Common meeting spaces

  • Furniture*

    • Bed

    • Desk and desk chair

    • Closet

    • Dresser

*Depending on the hall, other furnishings may be provided along with the list above.


Our housing staff will provide toilet paper, shower curtains, trash cans, and trash can liners during the summer. Attendees will need to bring the following:

  • Bedding (full or twin sizes depending on the residence hall)

    • Pillows

    • Sheets

    • Blankets/quilts/comforters

FEES: $395 resident, $285 commuter


May 26th

5:30 pm – 6:00 pm: Check In

6:00 pm – 7:30 pm: Session I

10:00 pm: Lights Out


May 27th & 28th

7:00 am: Breakfast

9:00 am – 11:00 am: Session I

11:00 am: Break

Noon – Lunch

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Session II

2:00 pm: Break

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Session III

5:30 pm: Dinner

6:30 pm: Free Time / Team Bonding

10:00 pm: Lights Out


May 29th

8:00 am: Breakfast 

9:00 am: 10:30 am Session I *

11:00 am: Check out 


*Parents are encouraged to attend this final session to watch their wrestler


Residents will have all meals provided.


Commuters will be responsible for transportation to and from camp. Commuters will have lunch provided.
