All athletes wanting to participate in the RTC must meet the stated criteria below before training with OWRTC.

1. Must be going into the 7th grade or above.

2. Have a current athlete membership card with USA Wrestling.

3. Be in good standing with both the OWRTC and the RTC host site.

4. Completed and signed all OWRTC and the host site waivers. (available onsite) 

5. Completed team application.
